Renee was born and raised in Miami, Florida, where she began her training at Vladimir Issaev School of Classical Ballet. She then graduated cum laude from Butler University, with a BFA in Dance Performance and a minor in Gender Studies.

While at Butler, she performed works by Paul Taylor, George Balanchine, and Gerald Arpino. During her time in college, Renee was awarded the Jordan Schisla Scholarship for dance versatility. She has also attended numerous summer intensives including American Ballet Theater, Miami City Ballet, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, GAGA Work, and Alonzo King LINES Ballet.

From 2015-2017, Renee was a soloist with Arts Ballet Theatre of Florida, where she worked closely with Vladimir Issaev, as well as guest choreographers Alberto Mendez, Rolando Sarabia Sr., and Miao Zong. In addition to her dance career Renee is also a NCPT (Nationally Certified (Pilates Teacher). Renee joined Dance NOW! in 2018.
