Constança Saraiva is a Portuguese visual artist, designer, and researcher based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Her art practice unfolds in different mediums — education, installation, research and, her preferred — the book.
She likes to think of publications as poetic archives of a certain community, project or person objects that allow not only documentation but also storytelling and inspiration.
Since 2010 she develops socially engaged art projects where she involves people and communities and questions what part art can have in a social context.
