Born in Leiria in 1994, he started his dance studies in Diogo Carvalho school, joining, in 2013, the Escola de Dança do Conservatório Nacional. During his studies he worked with national and international teachers and choreographers, such as: Pedro Carneiro, Catarina Moreira, Boris Storojkov, Bruno Roque, Vasco Wellenkamp and Nina Ananiashvili.

As a professional dancer, he collaborated with the Companhia Projeto M where he worked with the young choreographers Filipa Peraltinha, Elson Ferreira and Margarida Belo Costa. He also collaborated in other projects, namely PARTE DE COISA NENHUMA (SDC/Cercioeiras) by Diana Seabra; A MINHA PÁTRIA É A REVOLUÇÃO (Tiago Vieira); ALCESTE (TNSC). Collaborated with Sublime Dance Company.

In 2020 joins the ballets of Dança em Diálogos as an interpreter, playing the role of Sebastião in the ballet 'O Primo Basílio', and Friar Lourenço, in 'Memorial do Convento'. He was also part of the cast of the ballets, Não Canteis a Valsa - três cadernos em dueto, ANUSIM (by Duarte/Salterini),Tudo Quanto Vi - um poema coreográfico para Sophia (duet version) and renova (video dance). Together with Carlota Rodrigues, he created the performance "So...where do we start", for the Bailado em Seteais, curated by Solange Melo and Fernando Duarte. In 2022, she participated in a workshop of the Companhia Akram Khan, and in 2021 she taught a workshop for trainers in Cidade da Praia in Cape Verde.
