Ali Clarke is an Irish born contemporary dancer with a degree in Dance Performance from Fontys Dance Academy in Tilburg. In 2016 she initiated KNOT Kollektiv and has been building her repertoire as a choreographer since. Besides her work with KNOT Kollektiv Ali also works as a freelance choreographer and performer for the Brussels based dance company Untamed Productions with whom she has toured in Europe and South America.

Ali's work is characterized by her strong interdisciplinary approach to creation and performance and her passion for exploring the interface between contemporary circus and dance. In 2019 she was nominated for both the Jacques de Leeuw Prize and Boulevard Entreeprijs for her choreographic work.
