With more than 20 years of experience in the cultural sector, Adriana Padilla began her career as Communications Director at the Ministry of Culture in Bogota, where she was involved in the launch and positioning of the Festivals into the Park, the strategy for promoting the city as a cultural destination and tourist destination, and the development of projects, such as Bogotá Capital Global, the Ibero-American Capital of Culture, Bogotá Capital of Culture, Bogotá City of Music and others. Over the last 6 years, the strategic commitment of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, Creative Industries and Cultural Industries has been aimed at creating links between public and private actors, bringing Bogota to a Creative City, where the knowledge economy is an engine of economic development and social transformation. This is the result of the success of two of the most important markets of the country that are in charge of Bogotá Music Market- Pump and Bogotá Audiovisual Markette — BAM.
